• Delivery Requirements: A standard box truck is sufficient for delivery to normal truck dock height or ground level. A pallet is not required for delivery.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a reliable and consistent supply chain for commercial and industrial HVAC filters, water filters, filter media, and screening material for Argonne National Laboratory.

• Provide full-line distribution of commercial and industrial filtration products.

• Supply air filters, air filter media, water filters, filter racks, and housings upon request.

• Examples of filters include pre-pads, pleated pre-filters, final filters (pleated, bag, box, mini-pleats, V-bank), specified by MERV or efficiency rating.

• Provide custom-sized outside air/condenser/cooling tower Permatron screening material, including measurement and quoting services.

• Offer custom air filter solutions down to 1/2" size.

• Government reserves the right to approve/disapprove brands.

• Deliveries are to specified building docks at Argonne National Laboratory, not to Building 46 ANL Receiving.

• Vendor must provide at least 24 hours' notice for deliveries.

• Deliveries must be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM).

• Vendor's sales representatives and delivery drivers must be US citizens and meet Real ID requirements for site access.

• Delivery drivers must check in and out.

• Vendor must have a local outside sales agent available for onsite support.

• All orders must be labeled with the ANL Foreman's name, delivery building, PO, and call release number.
