This document is a pricing worksheet for Request for Quote (RFQ FA910126QB0XX). Bidders are instructed to fill out the unit price and total price for each CLIN (Contract Line Item Number).

• All unit and extended amounts must be provided in United States Dollars (USD).
• All costs associated with the completion of each CLIN should include travel costs, administrative support, etc.
• Delivery of all items is required at Arnold AFB.
• The worksheet includes the following CLINs:
  • 0001: Tents (QTY 10)
  • 0002: Portable Toilets (QTY 30)
  • 0003: Trash (QTY 1)
  • 0004: Flyover Event (QTY 1)
  • 0005: Seating for 200 (QTY 200)

Bidders must complete this worksheet to provide their pricing for the requested items and services. The submission deadline for offers is 1:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. Ensure all information in SAM is current and registration is not expired.

Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB, TN, to seek interested and capable sources for a new Balance Block requirement. The government is conducting market research to determine the method of procurement for contracting with an Air Show Management Firm to coordinate at least one civilian flyover for the 75th Air Force Anniversary on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., CDT.

The technical requirements, referenced in Attachment 1 – Technical Specifications, include:

• 10 x 20'x30' tents with sides, and 1 x separate 20'x30' tent without sides
• 6 x 20'x30' tents without sides
• 30 portable toilets
• 4 handwashing stations
• 4 ADA-compliant portable toilets
• Trash removal to bins
• Coordination of a warbird aerial event (flyover)
• 100 folding chairs set up for Change of Command Ceremony
• 6 charter buses (6 drivers/6 56-passenger buses) Delivery is required to Arnold AFB, TN.

This is a Sources Sought Notice for informational purposes only and is NOT a Request for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFP). It does not constitute a solicitation and will not be construed as a commitment by the government. No funds are available to pay for response preparation. The government is under no obligation to award a contract.

This document outlines the technical requirements for an upcoming event, likely related to a solicitation for event services.

• Tents: Four (4) 20ft x 30ft tents with sides, and six (6) 20ft x 30ft tents for shade without sides. Tents are to be set up on Friday, June 26, 2026, and taken down after the event.

• Charter Buses: Four (4) 56-passenger buses are required for tours on June 27, 2026, at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), Tennessee. The buses must have climate control, a PA system, TV screens, be ADA compliant, and have a bathroom. Drivers must be eligible to access the base (no criminal record) and possess a valid REAL ID driver's license.
