Scope of Work
UNICOR requires two types of fabric for clothing:
- Item 00001: FABAFSPM - Herringbone fabric (65% Polyester/35% Cotton, 4.25-4.75 oz/sq yd, blue, 60-62" width).
- Item 00002: FAB0625 - 100% Polyester Micro Denier (black, 2.7+/-0.3 oz/sq yd, minimum 60" width).
All fabric must be Berry Amendment compliant and domestic USA only, with no foreign items or components. Material must also comply with DFARS 252.225-7012. A Certificate of Conformance and applicable physical test results are required with each shipment. The non-manufacturer rule applies.

- Delivery Timeline: Desired delivery is 45 days or sooner after issuance of each delivery order.
- Quantities: Guaranteed minimums are 72,000 yds for FAB0625 and 50,000 yds for FABAFSPM. Estimated/Not-to-Exceed quantities are 720,000 yds for FAB0625 and 500,000 yds for FABAFSPM.

Past performance factors include quality, delivery, shipping instructions, customer service, and performance within the last three years.
- The government may award multiple contracts. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days.
