• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated based on three factors of equal importance: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. The award will be made to the highest technically rated offer that is also fair and reasonable in price. Tradeoffs between cost and non-cost factors will NOT be considered.

• This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns.

• Offerors must be a Small Business under NAICS code 336211 (Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing).

• Offerors must possess a valid and active SAM registration.

• All communications regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist.
