This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFROTC) Instructor Support Services (AFRISS). • Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items necessary for instructional support services, excluding Government-furnished items.

• Prepare and teach Aerospace Studies Instruction, covering Air Force organizational structure, mission objectives, procedures, and tactics.

• Deliver instruction in accordance with AFROTC academic curricula and syllabi.

• Administer tests and ensure students can apply theory in practice.

• Support various activities including Leadership Laboratory (LLAB), cadet physical fitness programs, Professional Military Training (PMT), and Cadet Professional Development Training (PDT).

• Administer the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT) and assist with Cadet Evaluation and testing.

• Review cadet academic degree plans and support academic progress.

• Provide administrative support for resource management, cadet pay, and tuition tracking.

• Assist with data entry into AFROTC information management systems (e.g., WINGS).

• Support Detachment, Region, and HQ inspections and operational evaluations.

• Assist with recruiting and marketing events.

• Cadet class academic performance levels must meet or exceed AFROTC mean performance levels.

• Instructors must complete required training and maintain currency.

• No validated complaints related to instruction, counseling, mentoring, or support activities.

• No unexcused absences or interruptions to instructional services.
