This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically an Air Recirculating Heat Treating Oven for Hurlburt Field, FL. It serves as the sole solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is restricted to small businesses and is for Brand Name or Equal items.

• The contractor shall provide all labor, installation, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the specified oven.

• The oven must meet the "Salient Characteristics" detailed in Attachment 01.

• Quotes must include shipping costs.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333994, with a size standard of 500 Employees.

• The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4430.

• All quotes are due no later than 1200 CDT on May 5, 2026.

• All quotes must be valid through May 30, 2026.

• Offers must be submitted in writing.

• Evaluation will be based on the "lowest price technically acceptable" (LPTA) method.

• Offerors must provide specifications with their quote.

• Offerors must have active SAM registration at the time of quote submission and award.

• Award will be based on "All or None" and "Technically Acceptable item."

• Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination.

• Quotes must be submitted through the Solicitation Module in PIEE.

• This acquisition is solicited as restricted to small businesses only.

• This acquisition is restricted to Brand Name or Equal Items.
