Scope of Work
The requirement covers a three-day rental of six (6) dual-lane weapon detection systems, providing a total of 12 lanes. These systems must be capable of processing up to 3,600 personnel per hour, detecting weapons and other threats without requiring individuals to remove items from pockets or backpacks. Specific equipment requirements include:
- Each dual lane must be at least 40 inches wide.
- Mat lip less than 0.20 inches.
- Power consumption: 115 VAC - 230VAC (+/-10%), Single Phase, 200W max.
- Movable for reconfiguration of force protection posture.
- Ability to insert custom panel graphics.
- Capable of operating as a standalone unit.
Contractor responsibilities include set-up, operation, and in-depth operator training on June 26, 2026. On-site technical support is required for all airshow days (June 27-28, 2026). Contracted personnel are subject to base access requirements and background vetting.
