- Performance: A minimum of one 10-15 minute performance per day during the air show (August 8-9, 2026), plus one or two performances on the day prior (August 7, 2026).
- Compliance: Adherence to all FAA guidelines, certification requirements, and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Aircraft paint schemes must comply with Approved Warbird guidance.
- Support: Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and services.
- Media: Supply a digital press/media kit, HD video, and be available for media interviews. Aircraft must arrive at least one day in advance for local promotions.
- Documentation: Provide Civil Aircraft Certificate of Insurance (DD Form 2400), Civil Aircraft Landing Permit (DD Form 2401), and Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement (DD Form 2402). All media posts must be coordinated through Offutt Public Affairs.
Government Provided Support
The Organizer (Offutt AFB) will provide:

- Equipment: Ladders, AF-Universal tow bar, moving blankets/foam padding.
- Consumables: Engine Oil/Hydraulic 5606 (if requested).
- Facilities: Hangar space (limited, not guaranteed) and aircraft security on the parking ramp.
- Logistics: Up to six non-smoking hotel rooms, three SUV-type automobiles for ground transportation, and one meal per performer on show days. Note: Contractors should not include fees for fuel, lodging, or ground transportation in their proposals.
