Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and dispose of twelve (12) existing bathroom vanities, including sinks, fixtures, mirrors, light enclosures, light fixtures, associated plumbing, and adjacent toiletries cabinets. New, like-in-kind bathroom vanities, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, light fixtures, and associated plumbing will be provided and installed. Existing toiletries cabinets will be demolished and not replaced. The work includes ensuring compatibility with existing building systems and repairing any tile damage to match existing conditions. All work must comply with North Carolina Building/Plumbing Codes, NFPA 70, and all Federal, EPA, OSHA, and State of North Carolina laws and regulations. A one-year warranty on supplied equipment and labor is required.

Special Requirements
Contractors are responsible for work site safety, implementing a safety program, and complying with OSHA regulations. Hot Work permits are required. Strict adherence to Base Elizabeth City environmental compliance, including wastewater permits, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan, Clean Water Act, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, is mandatory. All installation-related solid waste must be removed daily. Base access for personnel post-award requires pre-vetting, and a RAPIDGate pass may be needed for work exceeding 10 days.
