Scope of Work
The requirement is for two types of Air Tanks:
- PN: 13552923 Rev – (Quantity: 4 each)
- PN: 13597581 Rev B (Quantity: 4 each) Tanks must be manufactured according to their respective parts lists and prints, colored 33446 Tan, passivated, and undergo hydrostatic testing at 310 psi for 10 minutes, followed by an air bubble leak test at 125 psi.

Submission & Evaluation
This is not a request for proposals, and no pricing information should be submitted. Interested vendors must provide:
- Business name, address, email, website, Point of Contact (POC), and phone number.
- Business size, socioeconomic status (e.g., HUB Zone, 8(a), Veteran-Owned), CAGE Code, DUNS number, and ownership type.
- Tailored capability statements with supporting documentation.
- Anticipated subcontracting/teaming arrangements and management structure.
- NAICS codes and PSCs/FSCs usually performed.
- Past performance with government agencies. Responses will be used for market research to determine the procurement strategy.
Additional Notes
Drawings for the Air Tanks are export controlled (Distribution F) and require a current DD Form 2345 for access. Contractors must be registered in SAM and WAWF for contract awards.
