Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure two (2) complete and operational 14' x 8' airboats and trailers for the 45th Security Forces Squadron, intended for year-round operation in various water environments.

• Procurement of two new, fully operational 14' x 8' airboats and trailers.
• Vessels and components must be new; reconditioned or used parts are not acceptable.
• Airboats must conform to all federal and marine safety regulations and industry standards.

Hull: 14' L x 8' W, .190" 5086 Marine Grade Aluminum bottom, .125" 5052 Aluminum sides, 22" side height, reinforced with I-Beam cross bracing, 3/8" black UHMW polymer on bottom running surface, and a Grass Rake. Engine: PCM 7.4 LSX 525 HP EFI – Federal EPA Certified, gear-driven. Propulsion: OX BOX 2.38 Engine Reduction Unit, 3-Blade 82" Sensenich JX Series Propeller or similar. Other Components: Polished stainless steel overhead guard, rear operator "Super Fat Man Seat" and triple passenger front seating with storage, custom instrument panel, dual heavy-duty AGM batteries with dual switch, navigation lights, dual hydraulic anchoring system, 50-gallon low-profile aluminum fuel tank with "Cheater Tank", 40" Single Row LED on grass rake, LED lighting under seating and in storage boxes, blue LED strobe police lights, powder coat in OD Green, and non-skid finish. Trailer: 14' x 8' Ram-Lin Tandem Axle Trailer with galvanized rims, surge brakes, LED lighting, spare tire, and side guides.

Timeline: Final product delivery and acceptance within 365 days from the purchase order date. F.O.B. Destination: 45th Security Force Squadron, Marine Patrol Unit, 1629 Atlas Avenue, Bldg. 312, Patrick SFB, FL 32925. Delivery Coordination: To be coordinated no less than 7 days in advance. Work Hours: Delivery and acceptance between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Contractor Qualifications: Must be a licensed airboat manufacturer or authorized dealer. Documentation: Original Invoice, Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (Signed and Notarized), and Copy of Purchase Order are required for Florida Registration. Warranty: Manufacturer's warranty must be provided in writing. Responsibility: Contractor is responsible for successful delivery; non-compliant work must be re-worked at contractor's expense. Government Furnished Utilities: Water and electricity will be provided for inspection/acceptance. Base Access: Proof of vehicle registration, driver's license, and insurance required for base access permits. Regulations: Compliance with all applicable safety standards is mandatory. Trash and Litter Control: Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all packaging materials and associated litter.

This document is a Sources Sought notice, not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation. It is for information and planning purposes only to gauge industry interest and capability for a new firm-fixed-price requirement.

• Anticipated teaming arrangements.

• Description of similar services offered to Government and commercial customers.

• Capabilities package including UEI, Cage Code, SAM expiration date, GSA contract details (if applicable), and any related specifications/drawings.

• Explicitly state if the respondent is a supplier or manufacturer.

• For teaming agreements, delineate work to be performed by the prime and by teaming partners.

• Indicate manufacturer's name and size if supplying manufactured products.

• Indicate status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees.
