Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personnel services for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of aircraft cooling air sleds and liquid cooling system (LCS) cooling oil sleds at Hangar 5110 and Hangar 5020 at Dyess AFB. Key tasks include:
- Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly maintenance for five (5) aircraft cooling air sleds and two (2) LCS cooling oil sleds.
- Repairs: Routine repairs within 5 days of parts delivery and emergency repairs within 24 hours of call and parts delivery. This includes repairing partially operational cooling air sleds to full functionality.
- Replacements: Removal and disposal of an existing 2-piece LCS cooling sled and outdoor chiller, and installation of two new government-provided LCS sleds (Model #OTM-20AC-Split and Model #OTM-20ACUA000950).
- Qualifications: Contractor personnel must hold a valid state-issued Class A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration license.

Submission & Evaluation
