Submission & Evaluation
Proposals may be emailed to dana.kaiser@us.af.mil by the closing date. The acquisition will utilize a Best Value Process with a Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) source selection procedure. Technical acceptability is a prerequisite. Tradeoffs may be made between price and past performance for technically acceptable proposals, with past performance evaluated based on the offeror's "Supplier Risk Score" in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Award is contingent upon the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
