Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to ensure the continuous and safe operation of Aircraft Hangar Fall Protection Systems. Key services include:
- Periodic inspection
- Preventative maintenance
- Repair of mechanical, controls, and safety deficiencies
- Load testing and certification
- Development and submission of a Periodic Inspection and Preventative Maintenance (PI & PM) Program
- Semi-annual inspections and preventative maintenance
- Annual load testing and certification
- Response to service calls within one business day for system failures
- Five-Year Engineering and Design Review (EDR) for all systems
Work must comply with applicable Air Force Manuals (AFMAN), ANSI, ASME, and OSHA publications, as well as federal, territory, and local security statutes. The contractor must maintain records of all activities and develop a Quality Control Program (QCP).
