Statement of Work (SOW)

To update the Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCMS) by replacing the outdated/failing system with a new system that meets Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Cryptographic Compliance, FIPS 140-2 Level 1 Government Cybersecurity Standard, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Full L-890 (A to D) ALCMS compliance and ETL Certification requirements. The update aims to provide enhanced security, real-time monitoring, and control capabilities for airfield lighting.

• Replace the existing Airfield Lighting Control System with an updated system compliant with FAA and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

• Install (14) DIN Rail Digitrac interfaces for monitoring specific CCRs (Constant Current Regulators) including North RW EDGE, South RW EDGE, TW B, TW E2, TW A, TW D, TW C, TW ALERT, Distance Markers, N/S Outboard APP, N/S Inboard APP, THR South, THR North, and TW P.

• Provide drawings, hardware and software submittals, software demo link, data base and graphic interface, certification/commissioning documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance/repair manuals.
