Purpose & Scope
The primary purpose is to upgrade the existing ALCMS, ensuring reliable control and monitoring of airfield lighting systems while meeting current FAA AC150/5345-56 specifications and relevant sections of DAFGM 2023-32-01. The upgrade includes replacing ALCMS CPU equipment, fiber drivers, and unmanaged network switches with new managed fiber switches. Cybersecurity enhancements are critical, involving the deployment of ALCMS with Windows 11 24H2 and achieving 80% or greater compliance with STIG/SRG standards. The work is to be performed in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
