Scope of Work

The scope includes all utility services, systems, site improvements, drainage, and parking areas. Key features will include a high-bay supply warehouse, loading dock, traffic management office (TMO), classified and weapons vaults, training rooms, secure rooms, restrooms with showers and lockers, various administrative and office spaces, and a mechanical mezzanine on the second floor. A secure outdoor yard and covered outdoor stairs/elevator are also part of the design.

Evaluation & Submission
This will be a two-phase source selection using best value tradeoff procedures, considering price and non-price factors. Anticipated Evaluation Criteria:

- Phase 2: Building Function and Aesthetics, Quality of Building Systems and Materials, Site Design, Proposed Contract Duration and Summary Schedule, Extent of Participation of Small Business, Price.
