Scope of Work
Contractors will be responsible for:

- Installing new, insulated vinyl tilt-turn style window frames and panes that meet specific performance requirements (MSG Low-E, U-factor < 0.22, SHGC 0.26-0.40, VT 0.41-0.50, Energy Star and 2012 IECC compliant).
- Replacing windowsills with waterproof material (vinyl or Corian®) and installing new white vinyl blinds (>1.5").
- Re-trimming exterior and interior windows and repairing damaged exterior vinyl siding.
- Disposing of removed window frames and panes.
- Ensuring at least one window per bedroom meets emergency egress requirements.
- Window assemblies must comply with the Buy American clause (FAR 52.225-9).
