Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) is requesting a Request For Quote (RFQ) to perform a building assessment survey at the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge, Bethel, Alaska. The survey aims to determine the presence of asbestos, lead, and hazardous materials prior to renovations, demolition, or deconstruction of structures.

• Conduct comprehensive sampling, testing, and assessment for Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), Lead Based Paint (LBP), and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs).

• Inspect both the interior and exterior of the structure(s).

• Provide a written report detailing the type, condition, and location of identified materials, along with accurate square and/or linear footage.
