Solicitation

This solicitation is for electrical repairs and safety inspections at the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge in Bethel, AK. The work includes installing GFCI protection, a backup power throwover switch, moving an electrical supply, and ensuring smoke detectors are AC-powered and interconnected. A general walkthrough of residences for electrical health and safety is also required, with potential for on-site repairs pending approval.

• Install GFCI protection for laundry room receptacles (110V and 220V) and garage receptacles (50 amp GFCI double pole 220v).

• Install a backup power throwover switch with related hardware for the boiler.

• Relocate power to an external garage from meter 223A to 223B.

• Install AC-powered and interconnected smoke detectors (six per house).

• Conduct a general electrical health and safety walkthrough of nine residences and a duplex.

• Provide product data, specification sheets, certification data, and warranties for installed materials.
