For this option, materials will be transported by US Fish & Wildlife employees using 10 cy dump trucks, and the supplier must provide loading services with a wheeled bucket loader (minimum 3 cy bucket).

Material Specifications: All materials must consist of hard, durable particles, blended with fine sand, clay, stone dust, or similar binding fillers. They must be uniform and comply with Kenai Peninsula Borough Road Standards for Type I & II Roads regarding gradation and soil constants, free from vegetable matter, lumps, or excessive clay/foreign substances.

Delivery: Anticipated between August 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026. For the Base Bid, daily delivery is required between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with a minimum of 180 cy/day and a maximum of 250 cy/day.
