To delineate the horizontal and vertical limits of soil and groundwater contamination at the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Triplex site, and to provide a workplan, site characterization, and Corrective Action Report.

• Conduct a site reconnaissance visit to document current property conditions and identify areas of concern.
