Statement of Work (SOW)

To design, fabricate, rig, and deliver two (2) custom 20' x 60" aluminum center console boats configured for ecological services, netting operations, and dive support.

Vessel 1: Netting / Small Dive Boat Configuration

• Hull & Structural Construction: 20' x 60" aluminum bateau hull, flat bottom with semi-V entry, 3/16" aluminum construction, 30" side height, self-bailing, squared bow, I-beam longitudinal ribs, 3/16" flange plate, 2" x 2" T-bar notched on flange, D-rubber around hull with 8"-10" half pipe backing, no push knees.
• Decking & Layout: 2' rear deck with storage, wide front deck with integrated storage, 6" catwalks.
• Transom & Hull Features: 3/16" transom with splash well, transducer mounting plate.
• Fuel System: Aluminum fuel tank, flush fill, fuel hose, primer bulb, 12V sending unit and fuel gauge, fuel/water separator.
• Dive & Work Features: One-piece dive door, dive tank holder (6 bottles).
• Console & Seating: Aluminum center console with T-top, 3-sided enclosure with 1/4” safety glass, overhead compartment, leaning post with cushions, (2) pedestal seats.
• Hardware & Accessories: (4) mooring/lifting cleats, stainless locking lid latches, removable tank strap brackets.
• Electrical & Rigging: USCG-compliant navigation lighting, anchor light, 12V switch panel with voltmeter and USB, starting battery, full Mercury rigging package (binnacle controls, key/kill switch, hydraulic steering, tachometer, stainless steel propeller).
• Flooring: Custom SeaDek marine flooring.
• Trailer: Aluminum double axle trailer with spare tire, safety chains, manual winch, folding jack, submersible LED lights, ratchet transom straps, PVC guide poles, 4 poly bunks.
• Engine: Mercury 115EXLPT CT FourStroke outboard.

Vessel 2: Dive Boat Configuration

• Hull & Structural Construction: Same base hull as Vessel 1, with float pods and push knees installed on transom.
• Decking & Layout: 5' front deck with storage, 6" catwalks, storage seat box forward of console.
• Transom & Hull Features: 3/16" transom with splash well, D-rubber with half pipe backing.
• Fuel System: Aluminum fuel tank with flush fill, fuel hose, primer bulb, sending unit, gauge, separator.
• Dive & Work Features: Fold-down dive door, dive tank holders (6 bottles), single tie-down eyes for tank securing.
• Console & Seating: Center console with T-top, front windshield (1/4” safety glass), overhead storage compartment, leaning post with cushions.
• Railings & Safety: Pipe rails around vessel, 4-6 mooring cleats (8").
• Electrical & Rigging: USCG lighting and electrical system (same as Vessel 1), Mercury rigging package (same as Vessel 1).
• Flooring: Custom SeaDek.
• Trailer: Aluminum double axle trailer (same specifications as Vessel 1).
• Engine: Mercury 115EXLPT CT FourStroke.

Delivery Location: Alabama Ecological Services Field Office, Southeast Region, 1208-B Main St, Daphne, AL 36532.

• Contractor Responsibilities include fabrication, assembly, installation of all components, quality control, testing, safe transport, and delivery.
