Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for procuring, installing, activating, and maintaining Regional Security Office (RSO)-designated base security/alarm systems. Key deliverables include:

- Verification of successful installation and functionality with residents.
- Training Embassy personnel on system use and maintenance, including mobile and desktop applications.
- Furnishing and installing new alarm systems, including central alarm panels, keypads, radio reporting, video doorbells, various sensors, and sirens with strobe lights.
- Ensuring all systems interface with a central alarm monitoring system (CAMS) via radio signal.
- Providing 24/7/365 monitoring services with English-speaking staff.
- Responding to alarm activations by contacting the Embassy Local Guard Force and Marine Security Guard within 10 minutes.
- Submitting monthly logs of calls, notifications, malfunctions, maintenance, and incident statistics.
