Operation and maintenance of fifteen geographically-separated Long-Range Radars Sites (LRRS) and three remote radio sites within Alaska. Also, operations of the Regional Air Operations Center (RAOC) and Maintenance Control and Communications Center (MC3) located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). The radar operations are in direct support of the NORAD/NORTHCOM mission for air sovereignty within Alaska and provide civil aircraft information to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), support tenant units, and Intergovernmental Agency Agreements. No additional site-visit will be conducted in reference to this solicitation. Initial questions are due 1 Dec 2024, responses will be provided within 5 days. Second round of questions will be 7 days from Government response to initial questions, follow-up answers will be provided with 5 days of second round questions due date. No other questions will be accepted/answered after this. Note: Attachments 2.6 Cape Romanzof GFP and 2.13 Sparrevohn GFP will be uploaded early next week.
