Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide boxed noon meals, primarily sub sandwiches, to applicants processing through the Albany MEPS located at 11A Clinton Avenue, Suite 210, Albany, NY 12207. Services are required Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays and training days), and up to 28 Saturdays annually, including "mission day" meals for late processing. Meals must be delivered daily by 10:00 a.m. to the MEPS Operations Control Desk.

Each noon meal must include a 6-inch sub-type sandwich (ham, turkey, roast beef, or veggie), a bag of chips, a pre-packaged dessert, a fresh apple or banana, cold beverages (soda, water, iced tea, milk), and individual condiments. Meals must be packaged in sturdy, clearly marked containers and delivered in coolers to maintain proper temperature. The contractor is responsible for securing their own parking and maintaining a self-inspection program for quality control.
