This solicitation is for the acquisition of two 55-gallon drums of Shell Panolin S5 Grease EAL A600P 1 (formerly known as Panolin Biogrease W EP1). No substitutes are acceptable. The acquisition is set aside as a Total Small Business set aside.

• Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a quote ineligible.

• The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is exempt from paying state and local taxes.

• All payments will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
