The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: ALC/DDC System Software and Maintenance Renewal (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Automated Logic/Pacific West Controls Inc., 7230 West Pershing Ct, Visalia, CA 93291. Automated Logic (ALC) products and services are solely represented by Pacific West Controls in this area. Pacific West Controls is responsible for all aspects of ALC product including design, engineering, programming, installation, start-up and warranty. This includes ALC hardware/software sales, warranty support of ALC systems and training. This is a renewal of existing equipment and software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5076 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
