This includes the VCS Console, Remote, Laser, Large Tray, VCS 6 Button Footswitch, CS 4 Button Footswitch, Laser Footswitch, BSS Rack, @Unity 4D Phaco Handpieces, and Ozil Frag Handpiece. Key specifications include specific dimensions, configuration options (foot controllers, remote control, IOP-Controlled irrigation, automatic stopcock, Phacoemulsification-Ultrasound, Laser Wavelength 638nm +/- 5nm, Frequency 1.5 MHz), and construction materials. The award includes installation and manufacturer's training. Two (2) binders and one (1) digital copy of operation and maintenance manuals are required. Contract Details

Eligibility & Submission
- Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. SDVOSB status must be verified in Vet-Cert at the time of quote submission and award.
- Subcontracting Limitations: Offerors must comply with VA subcontracting limitations, certifying that no more than 50% of the government-paid amount (excluding materials) will go to non-VIP-listed SDVOSBs or VOSBs. The mandatory "Certificate of Compliance" form must be completed and submitted.
