This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 311119. The small business size standard is 650 employees This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.

There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.

Submit quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the “Date Offers Due”.
Quotes received after the established “Date Offers Due” deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
