Scope of Work
This opportunity involves the procurement of materials and accessories, and the fabrication of 23 aluminum water tanks in three different sizes:
- 14 units @ 65" W x 49" L x 199" H
- 4 units @ 56.75" W x 49" L x 199" H
- 5 units @ 49" W x 49" L x 199" H The scope also includes the delivery and offloading of these tanks at the INL site in Idaho Falls, ID. Installation and filling of the water tanks at INL are explicitly excluded from this scope. Designs for the tanks will be provided by BEA.

Submission & Evaluation
Interested offerors must submit an EOI, no more than 20 pages, by the deadline. Submissions must provide sufficient written information confirming qualifications, addressing:
- Estimated maximum lead time for materials.
- Estimated manufacturing duration for each tank size and for all 23 tanks.
- Experience with aluminum fabrication and welding.
- Experience with the fabrication of water tanks/retaining vessels.
- Capability to meet applicable safety, regulatory, and code compliance (e.g., AWS D1.2 Latest Addition).
- Agreement to maintain a quality program consistent with ISO 9001-2015 and ANSI/ASQC C1-1996. Only potentially qualified offerors, as determined by BEA, will receive the subsequent RFP.
