Scope of Work

- Rooms must be equipped with a full/queen bed(s), refrigerator, and microwave; ADA accessible rooms are mandatory.
- Complimentary daily linens, basic toiletries, and utilities (heat, AC, electricity, water, sewer, basic cable, local phone) must be provided.
- Spouses, significant others, or caretakers must be allowed to stay with patients at no additional cost to the Veteran.
- The contractor must have five (5) rooms readily available Sunday through Thursday each week.
- A hotel facility within walking distance of a restaurant is preferred, and the contractor should provide menus or listings of nearby restaurants.
- Food delivery must be allowed to the facility.
- Rooms must be reasonably quiet and tranquil.
