• Personnel & Equipment: Provision of qualified personnel (EMTs, CCTPs, drivers) and vehicles meeting federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
• Technology: Utilization of the VetRide Vendor Portal or VA-Approved Transportation Software for trip requests and claims.
• Compliance: Adherence to COVID-19 and other infectious disease protocols, including specific PPE requirements, and maintenance of a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
• Period of Performance: Date of Award through 2030, consisting of a base period (December 2025 - November 2026) and four one-year option periods, for a potential total of five years.
