Scope of Work
The requirement is for extended warranty support for the Protogate, Inc. Freeway Monitor product, which serves as the AMDOTS RMU. The RMU provides data collection, storage, transfer, and limited analysis for Missile Warning, Air Mission, and Space Sensor messages. The scope includes:
- Hardware Maintenance: Repair or replacement of Protogate AMDOTS RMU equipment, with faulty items corrected or replaced within 30 days of shipping. The contractor will use a supplied Protogate FedEx account for equipment delivery.
- Software Maintenance: Correcting deficiencies, updating software, providing updated documentation for changes, enhancements, upgrades, and additions. Vulnerability patching is required at least quarterly or as soon as possible for critical issues.
The anticipated contract duration for these services is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, across three one-year periods.
