• Item 0058: NAVAL DISTILLATE FUEL (F76) - BARGE (BRG) with an estimated quantity of 18,000,000 GL.

• Item 0059: TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JP5) - BARGE (BRG) with an estimated quantity of 3,600,000 GL.

• Orders will be placed approximately 5 days in advance, with potential for shorter notice due to operational needs.

• Fuel delivery/discharge must occur within 5 days of product request/order placement.

• Expect 1-2 vessels per week for resupply.

• Orders will be processed and billed via SEA CARD.

• A 24/7 point of contact is required for order placement and coordination.

• Resupply is expected approximately every 10 days if a T-AKE or other CLF ship is available.

• Delivery Location is fixed at Pier 8, Port Ponce, Puerto Rico. Other Caribbean locations are not acceptable.

• Delivery timelines may be adjusted due to inclement weather or port closures, subject to mutual agreement.

• Vessels will range in size from LCS to LHD or T-AKE.

• If a barge is used for refueling, the contractor must provide necessary fendering and Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and safe nesting.

• Products (F76 and JP5) will be inspected and accepted on-site by DLA Energy Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs).

• Compliance with MIL-DTL-5624, turbine fuel, aviation, Grade JP-5 (NATO F-44) is required.
