Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies the solicitation by:

• Relocating the sink/lavatory to the center of the room, ensuring 360° accessibility clearance and a minimum 30" x 48" clear floor space in front of the fixture, compliant with ADA standards. Plumbing supply and drain lines will be extended.

• Converting the existing bathtub into an ADA-compliant roll-in or accessible shower. This involves removing the bathtub and installing a zero-threshold (curbless) shower pan, sloped for drainage and to eliminate trip hazards. A sliding glass door enclosure will be used.

• Extending the deadline for submission of offers to June 30, 2026, at 17:30 hours.
