Amendment 5 to Solicitation for Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles support for DoD Troop customers in the State of Wyoming (WY)

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0005) to Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X002, originally dated January 15, 2026, makes the following changes:

• Price Evaluation: Changed from a 60-month estimate to a 24-month estimate.

• Contract Length: Reduced from 60 months (5 years) to 24 months (2 years).

• Period of Performance: Adjusted from May 3, 2026 - May 3, 2031, to May 3, 2026 - May 3, 2028.

• Tier Periods: The two contract tiers are now 12 months each, instead of 30 months each.

• Estimated Dollar Value: The chart for estimated dollar value and contract maximum has been updated to reflect the 24-month period. A new Dollar Value Image has been attached (Attachment 2).

• Ordering Period: The period for issuing delivery or task orders is now through May 3, 2028, instead of May 3, 2031.

• Order Limitations: The maximum amount for a single item order has been reduced from $7,656.50 to $3,062.60. The maximum amount for a combination of items order has also been reduced from $7,656.50 to $3,062.60.

• Schedule of Items: Attachment 1, Schedule of Items RX002, has been revised.
