Justification for Sole Source

This direct involvement is deemed essential for approving, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the requirement within the occupied leased building, ensuring a single point of responsibility. The procurement will utilize the Alternative Competition Method under the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG), exempt from the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA).
