The NASA Shared Services Center hereby formally announces the intent to award a sole source firm–fixed price blanket purchase agrement on a sole source basis to American Instituite of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Inc (AIAA) for agency-wide access to the AIAA subscription services for journals and research papers. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods; with an anticipated award date of December 31, 2025. The proposed contract action is for services for which NASA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C.1901, as implemented by FAR 12.201-1.This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however,all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement with commercial items and are received within 3 business days after the date of publication of this special notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
