Ametek DLM40 OR EQUIVALENT

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of four (4) Ametek DLM40 Programmable DC Power Supplies or equivalent. The procurement is for the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).

• Four (4) units of Ametek DLM40-15M51A or equivalent.

• Each unit must be a 600 Watt Near Linear Benchtop and 1U 1/2 Rack System Supply, capable of 0-40 V and 0-15 A.

• Must have five (5) channel isolated analog control and monitoring.

• Must include a 5-Year Standard Warranty.

• Specific technical requirements include:

  • Voltage/current/power specification (40V/15A/600W).
  • Current limiting mode.
  • Front panel interface for controlling voltage, current, and overvoltage setpoints.
  • Ability to override front panel controls via 0 to 10V analog voltage signals or 0 to 5kΩ external resistors.
  • 0 to 10V analog monitoring signals for output voltage and current.
  • Electrical isolation for all analog control and monitoring signals.
  • Must be in a 1U, half rack width package, capable of being combined into a single 1U 19" rack unit.

• One (1) Rack Mounting Kit or equivalent is also required.

• Period of Performance: 4 Weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contract type is Firm Fixed Priced (TBD).

• Quotes are due by May 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CT.

• Submit quotes to Tracy Bremer at tracy.g.bremer@nasa.gov.

• Quotes must remain valid for 30 days.

• List two points of contact (name, phone number, email address) on the quote.

• Provide Cage Code/UEI, ARO Delivery Time, and FOB Destination on the quote.

• Payment Terms are NET 30.

• Contractual and technical questions must be submitted via email to Tracy Bremer by April 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CT. Telephone questions will not be accepted.

• The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

• This procurement is set aside for small business.

• This is a Brand Name or Equal To requirement.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) requires the procurement of four (4) Ametek Programmable DC Power Supplies or equivalent.

• Item 1: Four (4) DLM Series - 600 Watt Near Linear Benchtop and 1 U 1/2 Rack System Supply units with specifications of 0-40 V, 0-15 A. These units must include five (5) channel isolated analog control and monitoring, and a 5-year standard warranty.

  • Key Specifications:
    • Voltage/current/power: 40V/15A/600W
    • Current limiting mode
    • Front panel interface for controlling voltage, current, and overvoltage setpoints.
    • Means of overriding front panel and controlling set current limit, overvoltage limit, and voltage setpoint via 0-10V analog voltage signals or 0-5kΩ external resistors.
    • 0-10V analog monitoring signals for output voltage and current.
    • Electrical isolation for all analog control and monitoring signals.
    • Must be 1U, half rack width, combinable into a single 1U 19" rack unit.

• Item 2: Two (2) Rack Mounting Kits or equivalent.

• Place of Performance: NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Building 4840, Room 212, P.O. Box 273, Edwards CA 93523-0273.

• Period of Performance: 4 Weeks ARO (After Receipt of Order).

• 5 Year Standard Warranty for the power supplies.

• Rack Mounting Kits are required for the power supplies.
