Scope of Work

Contractors are required to accurately report all transactions within five business days of receipt.
• Required RTAT: The specific number of days after asset receipt will be established in the subsequent contract.
• Throughput Constraint: Contractors must specify a monthly throughput constraint for each National Stock Number (NSN), indicating the total number of assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences.
• Reconciliation: A modification will be issued post-final inspection and acceptance. Agreed-upon unit prices are contingent on meeting RTAT requirements; failure to do so will result in consideration assessment and negotiation.
• Induction Expiration Date: Assets received 365 days after the contract award date are not authorized for repair without a bilateral agreement between the Contractor and NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer.
• Markings: All markings shall comply with MIL-STD-130.
• Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 packaging requirements apply as detailed elsewhere in the schedule.
