However, companies believing they can perform these services in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) are requested to submit capability statements to angela.gerlitzki1@va.gov. Responses will be evaluated, but the Government reserves the discretion not to compete the procurement. Failure to provide all requested information will result in non-consideration for market research purposes.
Capability Statement Requirements
