Scope of Work
The requirement is for Visiopharm Software Maintenance for existing software, supporting the Northwest MIRECC's research on posttraumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. The maintenance plan includes:
- Perpetual SLP1 Visiopharm single account for up to 3 named users.
- All Visiopharm software updates.
- Unlimited remote technical support (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
- Access to the Customer Center and E-Learning portal for up to 3 registered users.
- Eight pre-booked training sessions per year with an application specialist. The software is installed on a computer in Room 3W50, Building 101, VA Puget Sound. All work will be performed remotely, with no on-site presence required. The computer is not connected to the VA LAN, and no VA sensitive data or patient information is involved, thus C&A requirements do not apply.
