Vertex (formerly Raytheon) is identified as the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the AN/AWW-13 Advanced Data Link System. They possess the unique experience, special skills, proprietary technical documentation, and software/algorithms required to fulfill the requirements within the necessary timeframe.
