Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit capability packages via email to Amber Peeples (amber.k.peeples.civ@army.mil) with a courtesy copy to David Gecewicz (david.l.gecewicz.civ@army.mil). Packages should not exceed five (5) pages and must include:
- Firm name, point of contact, phone, email, UEI, CAGE code, 8(a) status, and NAICS code.
- Indication of interest in competing as a prime contractor, including any subcontracting, joint ventures, or teaming arrangements.
- Detailed information on previous experience with similar requirements (size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government/commercial), and pertinent certifications.
- Information on commercial availability, pricing, delivery schedules, terms, and warranties.
- Recommendations for structuring contract requirements to facilitate competition.
- Identification of any conditions unnecessarily restricting competition.
- Recommendations to improve the draft PWS/PRS.
