The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS), is seeking to establish 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Heavy Equipment Rental in accordance with ‘Performance Work Statement’ at Attachment 2. These BPAs will be used to support the 36 Civil Engineering Squadron at Andesern AFB. Any interested vendor must provide documentation of technical expertise and capability, it must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine if an interested vendor possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, and experience to meet the requirements of this RFQ. Additionally, documentation of proposed item(s) (manuals, specifications literature, etc.) must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that quoted item(s) can meet the requirements of this RFQ.
