Submission Requirements
This solicitation contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must request permission to receive CUI documents from Capt James Maxwell, Mr. Donn Murray, Ms. Taylor Blome, or Maj Rinaldo Izzo. A CAGE code associated with a compliant NIST SP 800-171 assessment is required for CUI access and award eligibility.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE. Offerors should email Capt Andrew Madison (PCO), 1st Lt Kevin Sequeira (Contract Specialist), or Capt Hannah Schulz (Backup POC) to request a DoD SAFE drop-off link.
For any classified items related to the proposal, offerors must pre-coordinate with Government Security Officers (Mr. Malcolm Jones, Cynthia Lee, Helen Tadjer) no later than 10 business days prior to delivery to the PCO.
