To provide toilet pumping services for vault toilets within the Angeles National Forest, ensuring safe and sanitary disposal of effluents and debris in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Furnish all equipment, supplies, labor, and supervision for pumping, washing, inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting toilet buildings (interiors and exteriors).

• Legally haul and dispose of effluents and debris at an approved wastewater treatment facility.
