Evaluation & Submission Requirements
Award will be made on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability requires NEW approved parts. Offerors must provide one of the following with their quotation for MRR Engineering review and approval:
- Photo of packaging indicating traceability to the OEM (Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286)
- OR
- For alternate manufacturers, the first page of the latest drawing with the current revision number.
Offerors must also furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency.
