• Order Frequency: The government expects to order the Base Quantity (800 bundles) upfront, with delivery beginning no later than 30 days ARO. Option Quantities will be ordered after the Base Quantity is depleted, likely within 12 months of the original award.
• Box Dimensions & Filter Positions: The solicitation's stated box dimensions and filter positions are a mandatory requirement.
• Alternative Products: Vendors must propose products that meet solicitation requirements; alternative or re-usable products are not acceptable if they do not meet stated requirements.
• Specific Product Rejection: Two specific product examples (ShipSafe and MiniShip) with provided dimensions were deemed Not Technically Acceptable.
• Units of Measurement: Filter frame size is referenced in millimeters. The required filter frame size is 734mm x 415mm x 3125mm.
• Dimension Clarification: The value "3125" for a filter frame dimension is confirmed as 3125mm and is not a typo.
